Meditation.  I’ve struggled for years to develop a regular meditation practice.  Thus far, I haven’t managed one for any length of time.  A few weeks, a month maybe two at best.  I’m working on returning to the practice.  

I’m a fan of guided meditations.  I collect guided podcasts onine.  At one point, I could manage a 20-30 minute meditation.  Now I struggle to stay focused for 10 minutes.  I’m rebuilding those “muscles” – starting with the shortest of my guided meditations.
